Responsibilities
- Work with client leadership teams to understand challenges, define IT strategies, and secure buy-in for recommendations.
- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and technology architectures using modern technology approaches.
- Manage assigned project components, quality, risk, client expectations, and escalations.
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams and facilitate client workshops and meetings.
- Apply technical consulting skills to strategic technology questions and IT implementations.
- Support project proposals, client care, peer relationships, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Contribute to BCG Platinion practice development and brand building.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in technology strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
- Prior technology consulting experience is highly desirable.
- University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
- Experience with legacy environments and modern technology approaches.
- Experience in IT organization and process development.
- Experience organizing peer-level workshops and facilitating client meetings.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, customer-focused, business, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to clients worldwide and ability to work under pressure.
