Base Salary
$125k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack feature development from technical architecture and implementation through documentation and customer communication.
- Primarily develop backend functionality in Golang and implement frontend features in React.
- Engage directly with customers through support, feedback gathering, and feature design.
- Design APIs and technical architectures and write feature design documentation.
- Build for scale and reliability through alerting, telemetry, internal tooling, and automation.
- Develop AI agents and supporting infrastructure for planning, tool use, evaluations, observability, guardrails, and reliable agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience engineering and designing digital products.
- Have experience with Golang and React, which is a strong plus.
- Bring strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and challenge approaches when appropriate.
- Have strong product intuition and the ability to work directly with customers to design features.
- Have strong judgment for making developer tools intuitive; experience shipping customer-facing developer products is preferred.
- Be comfortable using AI tools to increase productivity.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or other technical products is preferred.
