Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services in a distributed streaming architecture.
- Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics.
- Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers.
- Contribute across design, implementation, optimization, testing, automation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, traders, quantitative teams, and global teams across EMEA, New York, and APAC.
- Take ownership of features, propose improvements, troubleshoot issues, and help unblock cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
- Experience with Redis Cluster.
- Understanding of automated testing and test-driven development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of design patterns.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Desirable: experience with distributed systems, streaming, messaging such as Rx .NET, performance and memory profiling, system optimization, modern CI/CD tools, and the full software development lifecycle.
