Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable AEM Sites and AEM Forms solutions for enterprise clients.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, direction, and code reviews for local and offshore engineering teams.
- Design and maintain integrations between AEM platforms and enterprise systems using APIs, OSGi bundles, and Sling services.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and enterprise IT stakeholders on technical execution plans.
- Drive refactoring, AEM platform upgrades, performance tuning, and automated testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience, including 4+ years dedicated to AEM Sites and AEM Forms solution delivery.
- Experience serving as a technical lead or senior architect on enterprise web applications.
- Adobe Certified Expert or Master certification as an AEM Developer or Architect.
- Deep proficiency with Apache Sling, JCR, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Core Components, and Dispatcher configurations.
- Hands-on expertise with Adaptive Forms, Form Data Model, workflow design, and backend document processing services.
- Strong Core Java experience and knowledge of JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, SonarQube, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
