Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own critical APIs end to end, from writing RFCs to rolling out implementations.
- Contribute to product codebases across Go, Rust, and Python.
- Build surfaces for agents, including hosted MCP, tool calling, connectors, and auth flows.
- Harden the platform for enterprise use with security and data-handling guarantees.
- Manage production environments with monitors, dashboards, and postmortems.
- Collaborate with Research and other teams to identify and implement new API features.
Requirements
- Experience designing and operating distributed, high-load systems.
- Familiarity with frontier models and tools in daily workflows.
- High autonomy and product sense, focusing on developer and customer needs.
- Working fluency with core cloud infrastructure, including major cloud providers and Kubernetes.
- Depth in either API product craft or platform operations, with interest in the other.
