Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that support short-term goals across the SRE track, teams, and business.
- Participate in on-call work and respond to team support requests across Site Reliability Engineering.
- Collaborate with SRE peers and engineers across the organization.
- Help meet and exceed business Service Level Agreements and team Service Level Objectives.
- Improve engineering practices and evolve systems so teams can build and run reliable products.
Requirements
- Experience working successfully in an SRE or DevOps environment with strong cross-team collaboration.
- Experience spanning platform engineering, cloud engineering, and site reliability engineering.
- Understanding of virtual and physical hardware and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS environments.
- Ability to build reliable and scalable systems and processes.
- Product mindset with a focus on customer experience.
- Pragmatic, tenacious, resilient, and collaborative approach to driving change.
