Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement technical solutions to achieve team and business goals.
- Manage project and on-call support requests across all aspects of Site Reliability Engineering.
- Collaborate with peers within the SRE track and across the organization.
- Ensure consistent meeting and exceeding of Business Service Level Agreements and team SLOs.
- Work closely with teams to improve systems and practices for building and running products.
Requirements
- Experience in an SRE or DevOps environment with a focus on collaboration.
- Blend of experience in Platform and Cloud Engineering and Site Reliability.
- Understanding of building reliable and scalable systems and processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on customer experience.
