Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and Agentforce.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems with other Builders.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Own the technical lifecycle of solutions from development through deployment and iteration.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and deliver high-quality code.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively in a builder pod.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time and work directly with customers.
