Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze data sources and develop, modify, deploy, and enhance data integrations and ingestion solutions.
- Design controls and address data integrity, lineage, security, scalability, performance, error handling, and backup/recovery requirements.
- Develop software applications and modules using SQL, Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot new or customized data integrations and production defects.
- Document data integration changes, ingestion patterns, testing activities and results, error handling, and recovery procedures.
- Provide third-level production support and assist lower-tier support with maintenance and production issues.
- Partner with Solutions Architecture, clients, QA resources, and team members to recommend and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more additional years of equivalent experience.
- At least three years of related experience in IT data engineering and analysis.
- At least one year of experience with data solutions leveraging SQL, Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python.
- Preferred three to five or more years of IT data engineering and analysis experience.
- Familiarity with big data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and GCP, plus ETL tools or API development.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks, version and revision control, secure programming, data control frameworks, and debugging.
- Financial industry or other regulated-industry experience, including IT risk, audit, or information security, is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAS AML or the Actimize product suite is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, collaborate, provide customer service, and continuously improve.
