Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML systems.
- Conduct statistical analyses and implement AI/ML techniques for customer-focused solutions.
- Select best-fit algorithms and define the direction of mission-critical AI/ML solutions.
- Architect AI/ML pipelines and apply modern MLOps practices.
- Train, optimize, and integrate AI/ML algorithms across text, image, and video data feeds.
- Deploy and maintain models reliably in production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and product owners.
- Guide clients on AI/ML tools, frameworks, and operational strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an artificial intelligence engineer, machine learning engineer, or data scientist.
- Experience with LLM, deep learning, or reinforcement learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, vLLM, Ollama, or ONNX.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and experience designing and implementing machine learning algorithms in operational and production systems.
- Ability to train, optimize, and integrate AI/ML algorithms across text, image, or video data feeds.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Secret clearance required; eligibility for access to classified information is required.
- Preferred experience deploying and integrating production-grade AI/ML models using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience working in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Preferred experience developing production-quality ML-enabled software components and real-time inference pipelines.
- Preferred experience with emerging agentic AI frameworks and integrating agent-based systems into production environments.
- TS/SCI clearance and a master's degree are preferred.
