- Build next-generation generative AI infrastructure for search, advertising, and recommendation businesses.
- Develop system and engineering innovations for distributed training, inference acceleration, heterogeneous hardware utilization, and multimodal data processing.
- Improve performance, scalability, stability, resource utilization, and cost efficiency for large-model solutions.
- Support ultra-long context handling, millisecond-level response latency, and high-precision information understanding.
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers to explore technologies and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate excellent programming abilities and strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
- Use C/C++ for traditional coding roles or Python for intelligent coding roles to implement complex algorithms and build iterative models.
- Demonstrate a strong engineering mindset and ability to balance performance and cost.
- State availability and graduation date clearly in the resume and commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
