Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop solutions for business and technical problems.
- Participate in system design, architecture, scalability, and feature definition.
- Own applications and their end-to-end lifecycle, including deployment, testing, and post-production monitoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and participate in code reviews.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve errors, and improve application performance.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and optimize MongoDB data models and manage Redis caching strategies.
- Monitor application health and improve platform scalability, availability, and maintainability.
- Propose new functionality and improvements based on data and post-deployment metrics.
Requirements
- More than six years of experience developing scalable backend solutions, specifically with Java.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience across the full development lifecycle, including production releases, deployment, testing, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Ability to assess feature impact, track post-deployment metrics, and challenge proposals using data-driven judgment.
- Interest in or experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Frontend technology experience is a nice-to-have.
