Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead impactful projects across multiple teams and locations.
- Develop software and set high-quality standards for teams.
- Define boundaries, APIs, and integrations for technical success.
- Solve complex engineering problems in distributed systems.
- Execute large-scale projects and drive technical directions.
- Identify broader problems and design next-generation systems.

Requirements
- 10+ years of programming experience, ideally in Python.
- Advanced expertise in large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Experience with continuous delivery principles and techniques.
- High standards for software quality and experience improving legacy systems.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence technical direction across teams.
