Base Salary
$100k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate security practices into product development workflows.
- Provide early security input on hardware, firmware, and software design.
- Write, review, and validate security requirements across domains.
- Maintain Software and Hardware Bills of Materials for component visibility.
- Conduct hazard and threat analyses during the development lifecycle.
- Analyze and harden the security architecture of vehicle subsystems.
- Assist with Ethernet and in-vehicle networking configuration.
- Engage with Auto-ISAC to track emerging threats and best practices.
- Foster a security-first culture across the organization.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in product cybersecurity or related role.
- Experience with threat modeling and attack surface analysis.
- Familiarity with vehicle communication networks and protocols.
- Knowledge of security standards like ISO 21434 and UL 4600.
- Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with engineering teams.
