Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners as their technical advisor and strategic relationship owner.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding and adoption through enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
- Drive adoption through demos, workshops, deployment architecture guidance, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations.
- Lead technical validations and proof-of-concepts for Deepgram models across self-hosted, on-premises, air-gapped, dedicated, and edge deployments.
- Continuously identify partner needs and translate them into actionable requirements for product and engineering.
- Identify expansion opportunities and activate OEM, distributor, marketplace, cloud, and inference-provider channels with Sales.
- Lead executive business reviews and joint planning sessions.
- Support joint go-to-market and co-marketing activities with Marketing, including content, public relations, events, and live demonstrations.
- Represent partner needs internally and influence deployment, self-hosted, security, edge, go-to-market, and partner-support roadmaps.
- Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion, and travel to partner sites and events as needed.
- Build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work for the team.
Requirements
- Significant technical customer-facing experience, typically roughly seven or more years, in roles such as TAM, solutions or sales engineering, deployment, partner or enterprise customer success, implementation, support, or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience combining partner or customer ownership with solution and deployment design, hands-on troubleshooting, and commercial growth.
- Experience leading enterprise demos, proof-of-concepts, evaluations, or technical workshops.
- Fluency with APIs, integrations, and developer workflows, including troubleshooting first-line technical issues without requiring coding.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GPU or accelerator inference, and deployment trade-offs across self-hosted, on-premises, air-gapped, dedicated, and edge environments.
- Demonstrated success identifying and landing expansion in complex enterprise or partner accounts.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel models including resale, referral, integrations, co-marketing, and co-selling.
- Experience engaging technical stakeholders and executive buyers.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience building a tool, agent, script, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring work.
- An AI-native operating model with workflows that structurally use AI.
- Preferred experience in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, developer-first technologies, GPU or accelerator optimization, confidential computing, edge AI, telephony, CCaaS, CPaaS, channel marketing, technical enablement, automation, scripting, or agent-building.
- Preferred familiarity with quantization, model serving, throughput and latency tuning, benchmarking, trusted execution environments, model security, hardware optimization toolchains, Twilio, or Genesys.
