Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop integration-services solutions.
- Develop enterprise web applications and integration solutions using coding best practices and non-functional considerations.
- Work with file transport, messaging, API integration protocols, and industry-standard or proprietary formats.
- Participate in major technical upgrades and large technical initiatives.
- Manage work across agile teams and ensure tasks meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Understand user needs, propose optimized solutions, and resolve organizational risks and issues.
- Integrate systems using bespoke, vendor, and open-source integration software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with one or more of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, Avro, and WebSocket.
- Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases, including Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or pytest.
- Experience with build frameworks such as Maven, Gradle, Poetry, PDM, or Pipenv.
- Experience working on agile teams with an understanding of the agile model.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, business-acumen, curiosity, and technology-influence skills.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI/CD.
- Preferred experience with IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Preferred experience with SFTP, FTP, Samba, or MFT file transfer.
- Preferred knowledge of Copilot, Devin, or another AI code-assistant tool.
