Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and implement risk algorithms by integrating generative AI foundation models to validate market behavior and extract intelligence from chat and voice data.
- Apply prompt engineering, token optimization, and RAG techniques to develop production-grade solutions using proprietary data at scale.
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end backend systems, including architecture, system analysis, API development, and Kubernetes deployment.
- Evaluate and implement emerging generative AI techniques to improve platform capabilities and development efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features across a platform with hundreds of underlying controls.
- Produce unit-tested, code-reviewed, continuously integrated software and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on professional Python backend development experience.
- Ability to design and build scalable, high-performance systems.
- Practical Kubernetes experience for deploying and operating scalable backend platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver across multiple workstreams.
- Financial services or banking experience and familiarity with trading workflows, market data, or financial risk concepts are beneficial.
- Experience processing large volumes of unstructured or conversational data is beneficial.
- Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills are beneficial.

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00 to $141,500.00.
