Site Reliability Engineer - Enterprise Technology

Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and manage internal systems including directory services and AI tools across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Promote sound engineering practices throughout the Enterprise Technology organization.
- Develop monitoring solutions and use detection tools to proactively resolve issues and maintain system uptime and reliability.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with Python and strong skills in Linux, Kubernetes, and observability.
- Experience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Expertise with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Experience building and operating services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior IT organization experience is a plus, and prior technical team leadership experience is preferred.
