Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across the platform lifecycle.
Support enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and end-user adoption across the customer lifecycle.
Design solutions using Salesforce capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
Deliver incremental value with agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
Manage and track requirements and work items in JIRA with clear documentation and traceability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust, reliable deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve Salesforce platform performance.

At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core components.
Demonstrated ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, build, test, deploy, and support.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features, including field-level security, profiles, and permissions.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and SAFe Agile.
Strong written and verbal communication and evidence-based problem-solving skills.
Experience with or willingness to learn Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, and Tableau is preferred.
Exposure to prompt builders is beneficial.
