Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and implement tailored software solutions for business applications.
- Develop and manage FME solutions using FME Form (Workbench) and FME Flow (Server).
- Create and migrate data from different formats into the ArcGIS data model.
- Use Python and SQL to transform and integrate complex data.
- Work with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle for versioned enterprise geodatabases.
- Provide client training, technical support, and implementation assistance.
- Develop and test GIS data for quality and contribute to performance metrics.
- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations while upholding professional and technical standards.
- Build client connections and collaborate with global Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least four years of GIS experience in the utility industry, including electric, gas, water, wastewater, or telecom.
- At least two years of experience with FME software.
- At least four years of experience with Esri ArcGIS software, including Enterprise, Desktop, Server, or ArcGIS Pro.
- Knowledge of FME PythonCaller.
- Strong experience with GIS data creation and migration into the ArcGIS data model.
- Skills with Python and SQL for data transformation and integration.
- Proficiency in database design and geodatabase management.
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Esri Utility Network, Maximo, SAP, Schneider ArcFM Mobile, and SBS AUD.
- Programming experience with ArcGIS JavaScript APIs and ArcGIS REST APIs.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience developing performance metrics.
