Responsibilities
- Shape the architecture of the iOS platform for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Deliver consumer mobile-app experiences for policy management and driver insights.
- Build and evolve the native mobile SDK that collects driver-score data.
- Set technical direction and engineering standards across teams.
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews, design documents, and technical talks.
- Partner with Product Managers to launch customer-focused features.
Requirements
- Around 6+ years of experience building iOS applications, with demonstrated shipped work and impact.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering trade-offs.
- Experience building scalable, performant, and usable SDKs for third-party developers.
- Experience developing secure, high-performance iOS applications at scale.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with Product and engineering teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to use and rapidly improve with AI tools on a daily basis.
