Responsibilities
- Lead manual and automation planning, test writing, execution, and triage across multiple platforms and application layers.
- Analyze ambiguous feature proposals, identify risks, and break complex systems into testable components.
- Create, execute, and present test plans and results to executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate multifunctional testing efforts and lead testers across cross-functional teams.
- Perform integration, stability, performance, reliability, and stress testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, prioritize resolution, and transition feature testing to long-term support.
- Leverage and test AI tools and features.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects involving manual and automation planning, test writing, execution, and triage.
- Experience leading testers and managing multifunctional testing.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, influence, and achieve results through cross-functional teams.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, software engineering, and software development life cycle knowledge.
- Extensive experience with integration, stability, performance, reliability, and stress testing methodologies.
- Ability to effectively leverage and test AI tools and features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred development experience with Python, Java, Swift, C, C++, or Objective-C.
- Preferred familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Preferred understanding of diffusion and generative models, including training, fine-tuning, optimization, deployment, and testing.
- Preferred experience testing APIs.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
