Responsibilities
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines on Azure for machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing projects.
- Deploy and manage machine learning models on Azure using Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for models and MLOps infrastructure.
- Ensure the quality of deployed code and models through unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with data science teams and client business teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MLOps practices within Ippon.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience as an MLOps consultant.
- Significant experience with Azure Machine Learning, including workspaces, compute services, batch and real-time deployments, managed endpoints, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline creation and management, build and deployment automation, and Git integration.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes for deploying, managing, orchestrating, and scaling containerized applications.
- Experience with Docker containerization technologies.
- Strong Python skills and experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts including versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Experience with at least one Azure MLOps project.
- Strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in complex technical environments.
