Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, test data sets, and test coverage for GRC program towers and lines of defense.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, process leads, and business teams to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
- Perform release, upgrade, and defect-fix impact analysis and provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support.
- Recommend improvements to testing strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration, including automated pipeline support.
- Provide leadership, consultation, mentoring, and guidance for GRC program testing activities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of overall experience, including at least four years in the GRC domain and ServiceNow IRM experience.
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM QA, functional testing, integrated risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, enterprise data management, and testing tools.
- Knowledge of the STLC, agile testing methodologies, Jira or Azure DevOps integration, and defect tracking.
- Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration are listed as required degrees.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC, CI/CD and ATF test integration exposure, experience with large global financial institutions, and strong documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills.
- Selenium with Java and Playwright experience are good-to-have skills.
