Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate applications with existing systems and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to solve business and technical challenges.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team decisions.
- Manage team performance, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience integrating applications with existing systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education in B.Tech.
