Responsibilities
- Architect and ship new AI-native features for member interaction.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered agents for complex healthcare workflows.
- Develop an AI-powered triage system to guide patients to appropriate care.
- Create a conversational AI for patient health understanding and support.
- Pioneer outreach tools for personalized health campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in shipping full-stack AI products.
- Strong product intuition and passion for building 0-to-1 experiences.
- Pragmatic approach to LLM safety and reliability.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering tools like Cursor and Copilot.
- Experience with backend infrastructure (Python, Postgres) and production LLM applications.
