Responsibilities
- Analyze client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, code, test, debug, modify, and maintain full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Design and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and improve software performance, availability, and usability.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, status updates, and project records.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, track faults, and support on-time delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete assigned certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and develop and maintain production code.
- Experience with software testing, validation automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status and customer issues clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to quality assurance, continuous learning, best practices, and skill-upgrading certifications.
