Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce development, including custom objects and platform configuration.
- Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership.
- Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack.
- Evaluate and optimize new GTM technologies and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor platform health and resolve issues within the GTM tech stack.
- Collaborate with BI/Data teams to connect Salesforce data to reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Salesforce Administration certification required.
