Responsibilities
- Spearhead AI initiatives within Notebooks as the technical owner.
- Shape the long-term technical direction for AI workflows.
- Champion the full development cycle from prototyping to production.
- Drive product direction with a strong user focus.
- Coordinate with other leaders and product teams on AI workflows.
- Develop robust agent systems and manage evaluations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and guide technology adoption.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with technical lead experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI/ML initiatives.
- Significant experience in model deployment, development, and evaluation.
- Passionate about mentoring and cultivating a high-performing culture.
- Excited about leveraging AI tools to enhance coding and problem-solving.
