Responsibilities
- Operationalize and support strategic ML models and agentic AI solutions in production.
- Research, implement, maintain, document, and support AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and processes.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic custom connectors, custom actions, and integrations.
- Own ML DevOps tools and processes, including installation, maintenance, training, and best practices.
- Create and maintain production, staging, QA, and development environments.
- Create and operationalize quality assurance processes for ML models.
- Manage cloud security compliance and optimize cloud spending.
- Monitor and optimize model deployment and change control processes.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise products and GCP pipelines.
- Mentor team members and lead technology and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
- At least 12 years of experience is stated as the project-role minimum; the qualifications section separately requires at least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, integration engineering, ML engineering, AI engineering, or data science.
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience building and supporting traditional ML pipelines in a GCP environment.
- Experience with APIs, endpoints, cloud engineering, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, OneTrust, and Workday with GCP pipelines is required or preferred, with Glean connector and action experience preferred.
- Background with an agentic AI platform, preferably Glean.
- Experience with communication protocols such as MCP.
- Ability to mentor others and lead technology and best-practice efforts.
