Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze system and application architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints.
- Evaluate and test potential IT architecture solutions against user needs and requirements.
- Create moderately complex IT architecture designs that translate user requirements into technical solutions.
- Research industry trends, produce standards documents, and advise development staff on emerging technologies.
- Apply hardware engineering and software design principles when researching and developing hardware and software interfaces.
- Translate complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members while coordinating multiple activities and changing priorities.
- Assess risk in business decisions and support compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Management, prioritization, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, changing priorities, pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Self-starter able to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
- Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
