Responsibilities
- Own complex frontend projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Build responsive, reliable, and scalable user experiences for creative and AI capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn customer problems into technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and make trade-offs involving architecture, product needs, performance, and delivery speed.
- Improve frontend architecture, shared core packages, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Break larger projects into increments that deliver customer value and support sustainable development.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive projects independently while addressing technical obstacles and aligning stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and operating robust, complex web applications.
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript, including frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience owning complex technical projects and making pragmatic decisions from design through production.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and customer-focused engineering skills.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and support the development of other engineers.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work from the Mexico City office one day per week.
