Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to drive technical wins.
- Present Snowflake’s vision and platform to technical and executive audiences.
- Conduct discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers on data architecture, solution design, and implementation approaches.
- Translate customer challenges into practical solution patterns.
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive technologies and position Snowflake effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance products and messaging.
- Keep customers informed on product innovations and emerging use cases.
- Represent Snowflake in customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing solutions engineering or technical pre-sales roles.
- Strong competency in modern data stacks, including ETL/ELT and data warehouses.
- Experience with enterprise customers in complex technical environments.
- Hands-on technical capability in SQL and Python.
- Ability to connect technical and business challenges to Snowflake solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Confidence in facilitating technical workshops and solution discussions.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on driving customer success.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
