Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development.
- Design and implement external service integrations and contribute to cloud migration activities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Six or more years of development experience with Java 17 or above, Spring Boot, and service-oriented applications is required or expected.
- Graduate degree in IT Software Engineering and 15 years of full-time education are specified.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST-based external service integrations.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
- Experience with Ansible, PostgreSQL, design principles, interface guidelines, and Git.
- React and TypeScript experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience mentoring junior engineers are expected.
