Sr Technical Consultant - Core Java, Rest API, Oracle Sql, Javascript & Unix
Blue YonderResponsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design specifications for accuracy, feasibility, and completeness.
- Develop, enhance, optimize, and maintain high-quality Java product features and documentation.
- Own one or more product modules and deliver features end to end from requirements through production support.
- Write efficient SQL and tune database performance through query, join, indexing, and query-plan optimization.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration, deployment, observability, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Identify reusable components, resolve software bugs, and implement preventive fixes.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams during agile iterations.
- Provide assistance or guidance to new team members and report work activities to managers.
- Optionally build or integrate React front-end components for administrative, operations, or customer-facing modules.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA with 5 to 8 years of software development experience in large and complex enterprise applications.
- Experience developing enterprise applications with Java, J2EE, Oracle, Git, REST APIs, and Unix.
- Knowledge of database architecture and relevant product data models.
- Experience developing and executing unit tests, integrating development tasks, and resolving software bugs.
- Ability to meet defined performance benchmarks and follow standard processes and procedures.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, solve problems, innovate, and seek assistance when needed.
- Ability to provide guidance to new team members and participate in technical evaluations and coding challenges.
