Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, maintain, and improve high-scale software applications.
- Design and develop cloud-native microservices and integrate systems with internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technology roadmaps, sprint activities, and distributed engineering collaboration.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting network, service operations, and quality.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while researching and developing improvements to Equifax solutions.
- Address scalability challenges involving access to data and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 5 years of experience with cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience developing Java and Spring Boot microservices with GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying and releasing software with Jenkins pipelines and working with infrastructure-as-code, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
- Preferred experience includes Dataflow, Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow, Angular, Bootstrap, Java/J2EE, SOA, Git, GitHub, Maven, Gradle, SQL Server, MySQL, JIRA, Confluence, JDK, JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, and SoapUI.
- Preferred experience includes Agile environments, Scrum, XP, and automated testing.
