Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and evolve the IRIS AI Studio platform so fulfillment teams can create, deploy, and operate custom AI agents through a no-code experience.
Develop across the full stack, including the agent studio, runtime infrastructure, and integrations with operational systems.
Own software problems end-to-end from design through production, focusing on flexibility, simplicity, reliability, and scalability.
Support production-grade AI agents that can investigate incidents, answer domain-specific questions, and take operational actions.

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
