Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and automate testing activities for large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing across enterprise platforms and business processes.
- Create test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, test data, and traceability matrices from business requirements and functional specifications.
- Build, maintain, and optimize codeless and code-based automated test suites using Leapwork and Playwright.
- Manage test plans, suites, cycles, defect workflows, testing metrics, status reports, defect trends, and quality dashboards.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support test environment management and release validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Support test estimation, planning, risk assessment, regression strategies, and quality improvements.
- Use AI-assisted techniques to improve test design, test data generation, automation development, defect analysis, and testing efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Strong experience with both manual testing and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Experience creating detailed test scenarios and scripts from business requirements.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include ERP business process testing, API and integration testing, and exposure to performance testing concepts and tools.
- Preferred experience includes AI-assisted testing, generative AI platforms, testing AI-enabled applications, and understanding AI quality risks such as hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, bias, data grounding issues, explainability, and model drift.
