Base Salary
$132k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Lead software lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Conduct system design reviews and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for automation and intelligent features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of such experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, or C++.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, automation, software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
- Experience leading software lifecycle activities, including deployment, observability, and maintenance.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field plus two years of software engineering experience.
- Preferred knowledge includes WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
