Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, resilient microservices for live streaming infrastructure.
Own complex backend projects end-to-end from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Write maintainable, well-tested code focused on fault tolerance and system reliability.
Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term engineering roadmap.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead performance tuning, incident management, root cause analysis, and other operational excellence activities.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and technical deep dives, and promote knowledge sharing.

Strong proficiency in Python or Golang.
Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; AWS Media Services experience is a plus.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments.
Interest in advertising technologies and optimizing systems for user and business outcomes.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in backend development focused on production-grade systems.
