Responsibilities
- Configure and develop assigned ServiceNow HRSD capabilities across Case Management, Employee Relations, Employee Center Pro, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Document Management, Knowledge Management, and Universal Requests.
- Build Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies and submit work for senior developer code review.
- Execute unit testing, assist with ATF test scripts, track and retest UAT defects, and document results against sprint acceptance criteria.
- Support data migration and document import activities, including template validation, field mapping, staging, metadata validation, and import validation.
- Assist with internationalization, localization, translated values, integrations, update sets, environment promotions, and technical documentation.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and respond to support requests from HR process owners and platform users.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development or administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer basics.
- Exposure to ServiceNow HRSD or HR Service Management through coursework, certification, or hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow portal or Employee Center configuration, including Service Portal or Employee Center Pro.
- Understanding of ServiceNow ACLs, User Criteria, role-based access control, and groups.
- Experience working in sprint-based delivery teams and ability to execute defined configuration tasks with minimal rework.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification is required.
- Preferred qualifications include HRSD module experience, Knowledge Management configuration, transform maps, import sets, data migration tooling, Workday or other HCM integrations, ServiceNow internationalization, regulated-industry experience, GDPR or HR data privacy familiarity, and certifications such as CAD, CIS-HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Agile and Test Management, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
