Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing web application features for Qonto’s finance workspace.
- Own feature quality from design through production.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to technical and guild-wide improvements.
- Contribute to Qonto’s internally built design system and UI library.
- Improve developer experience, team tools, and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and frontend engineering peers.
- Use AI tools for codebase exploration, technical design, prototyping, coding, research, and testing while validating outputs.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience using React.js.
- Proficiency in HTML and pure CSS; Qonto does not use CSS libraries such as Tailwind.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication skills.
- Ability to use AI effectively while applying critical judgment and protecting product reliability and user trust.
