Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level backend applications and platform services.
- Participate in functional design specification reviews and determine technical design approaches with technical team members.
- Collaborate with developers across departments on integrations and shared development.
- Integrate third-party applications and products.
- Manage backend platform responsibilities, including server maintenance, deployment processes, and live production debugging.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code and contribute to platform performance and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java software development.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, software engineering principles, software design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Proven experience with the Spring Framework ecosystem, including Spring Boot and related technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
