Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of application development, including coding and debugging in accordance with security standards.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, designers, frontend developers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and complex application issues.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security, and implement security best practices.
- Develop automation tests and collaborate with automation engineers to support business needs and regression testing.
- Provide personalized software support to users as needed.
- Document application support and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of software-development experience focused on scalable and reliable systems.
- Extensive knowledge of .NET C#, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
- Experience using version control software such as Git.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean-code practices.
- Experience with REST web-service protocols and API design for extensibility and integration.
- Experience debugging complex applications and developing databases using SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
- Some familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with Agile development project-management methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Quartz experience is preferred.
