Responsibilities
- Design and develop web and mobile applications using OutSystems to support NCSS business processes and service delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions with product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deploy user interfaces, workflows, and integrations for business operations.
- Build integrations connecting NCSS platforms with external systems.
- Maintain application architecture and infrastructure supporting operational, reporting, and analytical workloads.
- Implement application testing, validation, and optimization processes.
- Monitor applications and systems for issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain OutSystems applications supporting NCSS digital products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Create and maintain application development and system configuration documentation.
Requirements
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in OutSystems solution delivery.
- Understanding of application architecture and design patterns within OutSystems.
- Proficiency in OutSystems development, including web services integration and API development concepts and processes.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems and their query languages.
- Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Understanding of application security, access controls, and logging.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
- Experience delivering applications in public-sector projects is preferred.
- OutSystems-related certifications are preferred.
