Responsibilities
- Lead development of user-space applications and control-layer software for Wi-Fi access points and controller platforms.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software operating in embedded Linux environments and communicating with cloud-based controllers.
- Develop, port, debug, and resolve system-level issues in embedded software across diverse hardware platforms.
- Perform Linux system development and network programming using C.
- Collaborate closely with the team and comprehend new technologies and specifications quickly.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a network-related field.
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong C programming skills and knowledge of Linux development, debugging, and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with Linux system development, network programming, Git, and code repositories.
- Experience in embedded software development, porting software across diverse hardware platforms, and using advanced debugging tools.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, motivation, proactivity, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Preferred: knowledge of networking and virtualization, captive portal configuration and deployment, machine learning or AI model application, and large-scale, high-performance, highly available systems.
