Base Salary
$170k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the AI enablement roadmap for engineering, product, and design organizations.
- Develop internal AI agents, workflow automations, MCP connectors, prompt and skill libraries, and a governed knowledge layer.
- Own AI experiments end to end, including infrastructure provisioning, AWS deployment, security, maintenance, and evaluation.
- Drive adoption through experimentation, enablement, training, champions programs, and sustained operating rhythms.
- Evaluate governance areas including data privacy, safe-use policies, vendors, and access control.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fast-moving technology organizations, including hands-on software engineering in platform engineering, developer experience, internal tools, or infrastructure.
- Daily hands-on fluency with coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor, MCP servers and connectors, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation platforms.
- Demonstrable infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or an equivalent, a major cloud provider, and secrets and access management.
- Comfort working with CI/CD and reasoning about pipeline cost, latency, and failure modes.
- Demonstrated change management across a medium to large organization, including champions programs, enablement content, training, and post-launch operating rhythms.
- Governance experience with data privacy, safe-use policy, vendor evaluation, and access control in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and escalate appropriately.
