Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and Workday integrations across systems and applications.
- Apply integration design patterns and best practices in enterprise environments.
- Develop and manage APIs to enable data exchange between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and enterprise integration design patterns.
- Experience with API development and management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Understanding of security considerations in software integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
