Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build distributed systems and automation supporting millions of customers globally.
- Develop scalable AWS services and tools that process high volumes of operational data.
- Build generative AI workflows for alert ingestion, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and mitigation recommendations.
- Develop orchestration, predictive analytics, automated diagnosis, and self-healing systems.
- Solve broadly defined technical problems from design through delivery while balancing speed and long-term quality.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to scope projects and deliver high-quality software.
- Evaluate and apply generative AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to operational challenges.
- Deliver software in an agile environment with emphasis on operational excellence, security, and availability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
