Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical direction of SpektrBot by designing and implementing robust software solutions.
- Own execution and ensure software quality and performance while delivering business insights.
- Translate business requirements from Finance, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Sales Managers into technical requirements.
- Experiment with and improve self-service tools and products using generative AI technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers in coding, troubleshooting, and full software development lifecycle activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
- Preferred: software development experience or experience demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and experience with NoSQL databases.

- The base salary range is $143,700.00–$194,400.00 USD annually for USA, Washington, Seattle.
