Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture, technical direction, and roadmap for critical data and AI infrastructure domains.
  • Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters, streaming pipelines, data orchestration, and infrastructure handling billions of daily events.
  • Deploy and maintain the AI Gateway, ML inference platform, and tooling supporting company-wide AI adoption.
  • Design autonomous agents and intelligent infrastructure tooling using n8n, LangChain, and Claude Code to reduce operational toil.
  • Lead complex, multi-team infrastructure initiatives from design through rollout.
  • Mentor DevOps and infrastructure engineers, review designs, and raise engineering standards.
  • Build and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform/CDKTF.
  • Protect sensitive company data through access control, governance, and security-first infrastructure design.
  • Evolve the data platform using Snowflake, ClickHouse, Apache Iceberg, and EMR.
  • Improve internal platform and developer self-service capabilities.
  • Build observability, monitoring, alerting, and debugging systems and lead incident response for critical systems.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience as a DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineer, including technical leadership, architecture ownership, or mentoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience managing, networking, scaling, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production.
  • Strong experience with Terraform/CDKTF, Helm, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipeline ownership.
  • Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, including networking, IAM, security, and cost optimization.
  • Strong understanding of application security, access control, and data protection practices.
  • Experience with data infrastructure such as Kafka, Airflow, EMR, Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, or ClickHouse.
  • Fluency in Linux environments, scripting, and at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Experience designing and owning architecture at scale and making complex technical trade-offs across teams and domains.
  • Experience owning production reliability, incident leadership, postmortems, and systemic fixes for critical high-scale systems.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, LLM deployment, AI gateways, GPU workloads, or AI observability tools is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and automation frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or Claude Code is advantageous.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling is advantageous.
